I found good rates at Aurum One hotel near Makati. What is the area around it like? are there bars close by? Copacabana is my other option although it is more expensive. Aurum one is rated higher on Booking.com

Sort of hard to make a bad choice of hotels in that area. I like the Best Western A venue. It;s like a block from Burgos. Has everything and 3 pools, and they run deals that are great on Agoda. Oxford on the other hand is right at ground zero for action. You can get anything you want and barely have to walk a block. Tip: from Oxford go north on Burgos about 200 feet. You will come to a "Family Market" I think it's called...basically an off-brand 7-11. Frequently there are Free lancers sitting in the place at the tables that you can "meet". Try after 5 or 6PM. I was there last Holloween and that is the furthest I had to travel to get action. Of course there are the bars, and if you are hungry cafe Habana, I think, is half a block south at hotel Bellagio, the food is great. Sit at a SW table and enjoy the action. Then like 50 feet south of Bellagio there is the massage place where the girls are on the street trying to get you inside. I took a 1 hour for 300 with "Ms. Charity". I liked her, so then made arrangements for Charity to visit my hotel later that evening for another 500 for some real fun. Alam ko, the lazy man's guide to Burgos, but it suits me. There is plenty to do. Your problem will be deciding how to aportion your time.

I liked City Garden Grand, but it isn't exactly cheap. I was only there for a couple of nights though.
I second this hotel...I always stay here while in Makati. The "Grand City Garden" is nicer, but more expensive, than the one next door. Also...not sure how bargirl friendly this hotel is. I've had girls up in my room...but none of them dressed like your typical bargirl.

New World Makati hotel. Not cheap but well worth it if only staying for a weekend.
I stayed there at christmas and it was very good
was when i arrived half cut with 5 girls from Pburgos i the security took all their names while we were getting staired down by the more respectable folk lol.
