Because human-rights groups have agenda's it's that simple, and they don't get any mileage from the Marawi incident.

@  BGC Dude : (25 May 2017 - 01:13 AM)

wheres tge international outrage over that?

@  BGC Dude : (25 May 2017 - 01:12 AM)

Where are the human-rights experts when innocent people are being slaughtered by extremist groups? Was the police chief that was beheaded denied his human rights by the Mautes? Where's the internationals

@  Budhah : (25 May 2017 - 12:34 AM)

@  Budhah : (24 May 2017 - 07:51 PM)

Just announced on Fox news that the Martial law may go nation wide, because of Isis killing in the South. Fear of it spreading to rest of the PI.

@  doctor who : (24 May 2017 - 06:36 AM)

Martial Law, stopped me in my tracks last night,, travelling between Mati, and Davao , at 9pm stopped at a road side Army inspection setup, everybody off the bus, walk through the inspection area then back on the bus, only to get stuck behind a military convoy,,

@  willie50 : (24 May 2017 - 05:41 AM)

martial law has not affected san Francisco and prosperidad on Mindanao at this moment. usually a lot of soldiers n check points

@  Pukpuk : (23 May 2017 - 11:58 PM)

@FurryFriend Start a topic and stop crowding the Shoutbox if you are going to go on about it.

@  Pukpuk : (23 May 2017 - 11:57 PM)

@FurryFriend So you have experienced Martial law have you? Well I have and I tell you it is slightly inconvenient but not to the stage you wouldn't go there. FFS you love a troll or two don't you.

@  FurryFriend : (23 May 2017 - 11:48 PM)

http://www.rappler.com/nation/170754-davao-city-lockdown-marawi-attack Davao City mayor "urged visitors to cancel their trips to Davao unless [its] very important...[and] said that if they don't want to be thoroughly inspected in multiple checkpoints, they should not come..." That doesn't sound like a rocking fun place for a week-long mongering trip.

@  FurryFriend : (23 May 2017 - 11:20 PM)

Martial law means so much more than a curfew. It's about having mobility restricted, roads closed, stores closed, flights cancelled, and possible loss of conveniences like cellphone, ATM or internet services. These are all hinderences to mongering. If there was martial law in Pampanga, you can bet AC bars will all be closed. Furthermore, martial law grants the military ability to perform civilian law enforcement. It will not be a fun moment in the Philippines when soldiers with very powerful weapons stops you, asks you questions, then demands to frisk you.

I do not remember any 5 stars hotel asking gal for ID. just meet any visitor at the lobby, goto the lift, tag your access card and no staff will bother you except to greet you.

I like hotels that take girls ID , most will call to your room to make sure everything is OK before letting her leave when she goes collects her ID

you could be asleep and she's gone with some of your stuff.

I left the hotel early one morning with a girl, she went to collect her ID and the guard had to go through about 30 ID's to find hers.

Philippines being Philippines the guards often ask for beer money to give back the girls ID knowing they just been paid.

Happens most of the time with me, except the very budget hotels,

Haha its crazy how people say this ID taking and call when a girl leave the room doesn't exist in PH. I've seen it plenty of times, even at the lame ass Tune hotel in Malate.

That all was not my point as I opened this topic.

I stood in Makati the last 10 days.  My problem was that I made a date with a girl coming from Laguna who had no official ID. When you check in with a girl in a hotel front desk ask same for my ID as for the girl ID.

Here my experience:

Peninsula hotel                        No way! Without official ID girls get no access

City Garden Grand hotel         No way! Without official ID girls get no access

Makati Diamond Residences   No way! Without official ID girls get no access

Makati Shangri-La Manila        No way! Without official ID girls get no access

Dusit Thani Manila                   Yes but no key card for the girl and not allowed stay alone in the room, no order by sign

Y2 Residennce hotel               Yes, was no problem. Girl got a second key card and was able to order with her signature

Y2 Residennce hotel is located very well. You dont need taxi at all. Big rooms, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and livingroom. Small SM is on the opposite, bars 5 min walk, many restaurants, nice stuff, feeling all over secure there!

Marriott no id needed just have her sit on one of the couches while you check in.  Same in most big hotels, park the ho somewhere and then check in. Once  you have the room key and then go to the hotel bar for a drink they will forget all about you.  Then go to your room.  Don't be so obvious bringing her up to the desk with the deer in the headlights look and some stupid over night bag she has ect.  Oh did I mention tell her to leave the yellow mini skirt and stupid 5 inch heels at home and look busy
