Google can have what ever info they want about me... apart from banking. They're damned useful, and paranoia can be stressful, and thus life-shortening.

@  Evilfriar : (18 March 2018 - 09:09 PM)

Yes, shame on them, they should be a free service employing volunteers.

@  BatGuano : (18 March 2018 - 03:02 PM)

Google isn't your friend. They collect information about you to make money for themselves.

@  jmonroe : (18 March 2018 - 08:12 AM)

Google is wonderful, although, sometimes you have to Google the information Google displays to see if it's correct. lol

@  testickle : (18 March 2018 - 07:15 AM)

@  lazybugger : (17 March 2018 - 05:51 PM)

@  Stealth009 : (17 March 2018 - 05:08 PM)

Mell Gibson was born in Peekskill, New York, January 03th 1956 He moved with his parents to Sydney, Australia, when he was 12 years old.

@  richie155 : (17 March 2018 - 03:49 PM)

Mel is Austrian

@  JerryK52 : (17 March 2018 - 02:51 PM)

Mel Gibson has dual citizenship - USA & Irish. His mother was born in Ireland. Had extended family in Australia - paternal grandmother's family. Military draft avoidance for older brother is said to contribute to family's move to Australia.

@  Lobstered : (17 March 2018 - 12:13 PM)

I always thought he was Australian until I got it wrong in a pub quiz

@  grahamuk : (17 March 2018 - 10:21 AM)

lol. Tell me about it.

@  statusquo : (17 March 2018 - 06:49 AM)

Yep I saw that my bad also remembered it. The brain fades as we get older what can I say?

@  Lobstered : (16 March 2018 - 11:22 PM)

Yes he is American but his family moved to Australia when he was young which is why he speaks with a bit of an Australian accent

@  grahamuk : (16 March 2018 - 11:02 PM)

Mel Gibson is American.

@  karlos : (16 March 2018 - 10:56 PM)

@Red Horse. Foreigners can buy property in Australia. They just need approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board, and pay a hefty fee to the Australian Government of course.

@  Red Horse : (16 March 2018 - 08:28 PM)

Mel probably lives in “Hollywood.” Got arrested in Malibu. He probably owns land in Oz. But Chinese buy houses here. Can they just come over & be citizens?

@  statusquo : (16 March 2018 - 07:40 PM)

Nope Australian remember the old Mad Max?

@  grahamuk : (16 March 2018 - 06:26 PM)

(Mel Gibson IS American, isn't he ?)
