Rule NOBODY out, then work backwards. Could be a member or could be a girl Cuddler spurned who got access to advanced forum.

@  lazybugger : (19 November 2017 - 07:57 PM)

Why are we doubting the validity?

@  OldFart : (19 November 2017 - 06:35 PM)

C's style is like Rosamunde Pilcher's stories of a forgone world. Some may enjoy it, some may feel bored after a while. Question is now: fiction or reality

@  hankmtvasia : (19 November 2017 - 03:14 PM)

Most of the readers, if not all of us, have enjoyed Cuddlers posts. Why the hell are some of you so negative and judgmental about this great monger??

@Hellboy PM sent

@  Hellboy : (19 November 2017 - 08:52 AM)

So what, exactly happened?

@  statusquo : (19 November 2017 - 08:47 AM)

None of us are perfect men, we all have our faults. Unfortunately what drives a person to do such things is pure evil and hatred IMHO. The distortion and mendacity are unbelievable. These things are deep in every sense of the word. We are looking into all possiblities from a technical standpoint. Even with that, the only true evidence lies in a Facebook log file buried deep in their system. Any and all feedback is of course welcomed. PM us as we take this very seriously.

@  tom48 : (19 November 2017 - 12:54 AM)

In the Philippines motive is usually money and or jealousy.

@  kantutero : (19 November 2017 - 12:48 AM)

ANYBODY with any knowledge of how investigations work knows there are two key points from the start, motive and opportunity. Cuddler seems to have focused on opportunity, somebody on this board AND who knows his facebook ID, my query is who had the MOTIVE to try and destroy their budding relationship.

@  samthedog : (18 November 2017 - 08:34 PM)

anything interesting going on in barrio baretto next week. will be there house hunting and general fact finding mission

@  bill44ca : (18 November 2017 - 12:43 PM)

Safe Bet. Cuddler said the rat contacted Marz family and set up account as female and managed to write on HER Facebook page before being blocked. How would someone contact her family without her facebook or his if he posted all about her on his? He would know that. I agree with Doc and recall someone saying their GF was only interested in her own FB well if she met them she might have got Marz FB

@  doctor who : (18 November 2017 - 11:39 AM)

I Just checked Australian SportsBet they are now setting the Odds on the cuddler mystery, iv just got 7-i it wasnt a Addicts member ,, and 5-i it was a female,,

Psychman, your analysis of the man without meeting him is the reason your profession is laughed at, 4 psychs, 4 different opinions. I have met them both socially as I said in my post and what he posted about their relationship is true. You have no credibility, give it a rest and take up another hobby.

Long time listener first time caller.

Can anyone recommend a good serviced apartment or suites that offer weekly rates?
I have found a few doing basic google searches but would like to hear from anyone on the ground.
All the ones that look good to me seem to be on Mactan island but i would prefer to be closer to the city then that.
Enjoy your day.

hi
im a newbie on the ground for a week now, and have been looking all over.
Only nice I found is SDR apartment - on mactan - far from action - taxi 20-30 minute to the action P250+ (US6).
Forget it if you want to enjoy downtown and nightlife around Mango. Cebu downtown only have old outdated places. Up to USD 700 a month, only a dump. From US 900 up you find a few nice places if you can afford it.
Since this is out of my price range, I can't remember the names.
7 days on the ground and still looking all around downtown.

If you found a few please, give me the names - I might been there already.
Most places show nices photos on net, reality is very different. Can't be compared with prices and standard in Thailand. Double the price - 1/2 the standard.
Thats the only complaint I have about Cebu, rest is very positive.
Go for hotel like Marriot, next to the most popular huge Ayala Mall downtown.

Thanks for your reply bud.
My trip's been postponed till January so I have no first hand info for you i'm afraid. I gave up on the serviced apartment as my stay will be for no longer than a month. The only weekly one I found was that SDR apartments you stayed in but like you found that it would be far from the action. I'm looking at hotel/suites now and top of my list (so far) is Paragon Suites with 10% off for ten day stay or 20% off for month stay. It has more good reviews then bad and seems to be in a good location however recent reviews suggest the place is becoming run down. Our budgets seem to be on par so can you list any good places you might find? At the end of the day if I can find a spacious, quiet room close to the malls/bars then that will do me.

Do a search for premiere citi suites. Opened in 2011 with 32 rooms only, so book early.
I stayed there in deluxe room P1.395 and executice suite P1.895. I reccommend deluxe room. The expensiver suite has a living room but that is so small, 8 foot wide, so you will enjoy the cheaper deluxe room more.

I only stayed there for a few nights, so I don't know if they do weekly or monthly. Email them.

They are located in Capitol site and in walking distance to Mango square where you find the nightlife. Back home take a taxi for your own safety. Guest friendly and no extra fees.

I am staying at the Waterfront Casino in Cebu in December. I am only using a regular room but I know they do have various size suites available. But I don't know really know anything about them. But you might to check with them as well. The hotel looks really nice. The girls I've talked to all say they like it a lot. They are closer to Ayala mall than Mango bars I think.

Thanks for the advise guys I just fired off an email to premiere citi suites. I'm not worried about any discounts if the rooms are as good as that (ok i'm still asking). For that price i'll snap one of those up thank you very much.
Tukaram i checked out that waterfront hotel website very nice but no prices? Now there could be prices but i can't find them and on second thoughts is it advisable for someone like me who loves betting on the horses to live on top of a casino? Disregard the room rates it's the ground floor that will cost me! Cheers...

I can personally guarantee you that the rooms at Premiere are that good - I been there.
As mentioned, go for DeLuxe room for P 1.395.
PS. They are slow to answer emails, so another email or 2 in a few days might be needed.
Ask for a room toward the back side, not street side. Noisy morning traffic and Taxi's in front.

Their Ex. Suite room has another flat screen tv in the living room, but the width of the living room is a joke.

Best place I've seen in Cebu so far (in that price range), and value for money.

It is 10 minutes walk from the front door of Waterfront to the Terraces at Ayala Mall. It is another 10 minutes walk from Ayala mall to my favourite bikini bar, LoneStar

Waterfront is the second best hotel in Cebu City, in my opinion. The best being Marco Polo.

It has a lobby you could land a plane in, casino, nice landscaped pool area, gymnasium, massage service, duty free store and multiple restaurants.

For cheap deals, use agoda, asiatravel.com.etc.

Hi, I tried SDR Apartments a couple of years back, I don't know about anyone else but it was a shit hole.

The [place was in poor repair and the service was terrible. The room was cheap but you pay for everything extra including toilet paper etc.

It's in the middle of no where and the area outside is all squatters and some rough heads out there

I would never stay there again and tell people to avoid it like the plague

These days I always stay at Waterfront Lahug - its not the cheapest but its good value

Maybe others have different experience but I would rate my stay at SDR as one of the worst in the world, and they were scamming bastards out for every cent and over charged my credit card

bingoiwin1 said the trip was postponed to Jan2012, so I requested price for January.
Search for this month gave me $77 lowest price.

sorry, I wan't trying to contradict you, just indicating I thought it was good value and currently that's what I am paying

I just stayed there for 2 weeks, anmd checking back in for another 2, and the average rate was around $70-$80 a night.

I am not saying that in Jan 2012 it won't be more, however for the past few years I've never paid more then $70-80 a night

Bottom Line is I think its good value there

Cheers

I live in CC. That area is a zoo and not particularly safe after dark. Every variety of lowlife abounds. It's close to the bars but so is a 70p taxi ride from a nice area. Why anyone would want to stay around there is beyond me.

Hey Mike, Where are these "nice area" within Php70 taxi ride that you speak of? Are you referring to hotels, apartments, condos, or serviced apartments? Please elaborate. Thank you.

I just had a quick look.

Unless you are happy to travel, stick to Cebu City.

I saw Mabolo, Labangon, Lahug, Guadalupe and Banawa. You should be happy in those areas of Cebu City.

There is one advertised as City Lights in Nevill Hills, Cebu City. I imagine it really will have a view over the city

I was at apartelledearcenas for one month last June, 20,000. Ok but dogs barking, no wifi in room, hard for taxis to find, shitty neighborhood....

Strawberry Residences at 25,000 p was much better. I stayed 4 months and none of the problems of the other place. Worth the 5000 pesos difference.
