@  Smithy1971 : (25 May 2017 - 06:10 AM)

Because human-rights groups have agenda's it's that simple, and they don't get any mileage from the Marawi incident.

@  BGC Dude : (25 May 2017 - 01:13 AM)

wheres tge international outrage over that?

@  BGC Dude : (25 May 2017 - 01:12 AM)

Where are the human-rights experts when innocent people are being slaughtered by extremist groups? Was the police chief that was beheaded denied his human rights by the Mautes? Where's the internationals

@  Budhah : (25 May 2017 - 12:34 AM)

ISIS took over a town/village killing 21, Marawi city of 200k people??

@  grahamuk : (24 May 2017 - 09:15 PM)

Was he planning this all along ? He was mumbling about it enough before.

@  Budhah : (24 May 2017 - 07:51 PM)

Just announced on Fox news that the Martial law may go nation wide, because of Isis killing in the South. Fear of it spreading to rest of the PI.

@  lazybugger : (24 May 2017 - 05:03 PM)

specifically I'm looking for a brake master cylinder for a Jap import Toyota

@  lazybugger : (24 May 2017 - 05:00 PM)

no was just some guy who had found a store selling autoparts, that actually had stock, and had decent prices etc etc

@  grahamuk : (24 May 2017 - 12:49 PM)

My friend brought in his big motorbike from Hong Kong a few years ago... distributed amongst several Balikbayan boxes. :D

@  pitstop : (24 May 2017 - 12:21 PM)

Sorry. Entered Shoutbox by mistake. While here anyway I recall a post on importing motor vehicles in parts. Maybe there.

@  pitstop : (24 May 2017 - 12:18 PM)

@  lazybugger : (24 May 2017 - 12:00 PM)

@  lazybugger : (24 May 2017 - 11:59 AM)

I tried searching on the site's "search" function but no luck so far

@  lazybugger : (24 May 2017 - 11:58 AM)

I recall reading a post a few months ago about where to buy vehicle parts for cheap price...damned if I can remember where the post was

@  doctor who : (24 May 2017 - 06:36 AM)

Martial Law, stopped me in my tracks last night,, travelling between Mati, and Davao , at 9pm stopped at a road side Army inspection setup, everybody off the bus, walk through the inspection area then back on the bus, only to get stuck behind a military convoy,,

@  willie50 : (24 May 2017 - 05:41 AM)

martial law has not affected san Francisco and prosperidad on Mindanao at this moment. usually a lot of soldiers n check points

@  Pukpuk : (23 May 2017 - 11:58 PM)

@FurryFriend Start a topic and stop crowding the Shoutbox if you are going to go on about it.

@  Pukpuk : (23 May 2017 - 11:57 PM)

@FurryFriend So you have experienced Martial law have you? Well I have and I tell you it is slightly inconvenient but not to the stage you wouldn't go there. FFS you love a troll or two don't you.

@  FurryFriend : (23 May 2017 - 11:48 PM)

http://www.rappler.com/nation/170754-davao-city-lockdown-marawi-attack Davao City mayor "urged visitors to cancel their trips to Davao unless [its] very important...[and] said that if they don't want to be thoroughly inspected in multiple checkpoints, they should not come..." That doesn't sound like a rocking fun place for a week-long mongering trip.

@  FurryFriend : (23 May 2017 - 11:20 PM)

Martial law means so much more than a curfew. It's about having mobility restricted, roads closed, stores closed, flights cancelled, and possible loss of conveniences like cellphone, ATM or internet services. These are all hinderences to mongering. If there was martial law in Pampanga, you can bet AC bars will all be closed. Furthermore, martial law grants the military ability to perform civilian law enforcement. It will not be a fun moment in the Philippines when soldiers with very powerful weapons stops you, asks you questions, then demands to frisk you.

Can anybody tell me which bridge/gate is closed inside the base? I remember driving through it a year or so ago and had to find an alternative route as they were rebuilding a bridge, or something. Which one is the one to use going from SCTEX to Subic?

I'd guess the Kalaklan gate is the best route to take?

:Good_Job: Could of used that map the first time I visited. I was silly drunk and jumped into a taxi and said, "take me to the ship". Driver took me all the way out to the Shipyard.... Had to have him turn around and roll me all the way to Olongapo.

The Kalaklan is the best and yes it has reopened.

Nice doesn't look like I have to go far to get me addicts members card while I am staying at the arizona.

Come visit TREASURE ISLAND Resort any Mon-Tues-Wed during the day and enjoy a pool/Bay side lunch and libations. I've got a few of the cards in my bag for distribution.

Otherwise visit Daddy Ken at BUCCANEER. It's the main distribution poit for Philippines-Addicts cards in Subic.
