Well, it takes The Jacksons to bring some quality to the stage at Glastonbury (biggest pop festival in the world), following all of the mediocre whinings of previous performers.

I've eaten at the Holiday Inn several times but never tried Rodizzio however a lot of my friends have and say it's great. Not to mention the ex head chef of the Holiday Inn highly recommended it to me several times, just haven't had a chance.

Tequila Reef Cantina, well I called my order in and they delivered it to the hotel, at 1st look the order was wrong. I don’t like potato salad, and never have so why did I get potato salad instead of BBQ beans! Well this was the BEST WRONG ORDER I have ever had. The potato salad was very good, and I don’t eat potato salad but hey never say never! The BBQ Ribs I have never seen Ribs this size before I received 3 enormous ribs, I thought I was in Bed Rock. And tender oh my GOD were they tender and juicy! And for the price WOW! There is only one thing that that I would have done differently with this whole meal and that would be to have a tooth pick and a bed! It’s nap time for me. Dam good lunch thanks Tequila Reef Cantina! :001_Thank_You5:

I had to laugh when you thought it was something out of Bedrock in the Flintstones as I have said that many times myself. Sorry about the screw up on the order. I would have been a bit pissed but our potato salad is good. I will show this particular comment to the right people and make sure it doesn't happen in the future.... Cheers and thanks for the review...

Guys on a side not I encourage everyone to give the restaurants around town a try as you can find some really good food. There are many good establishments to choose from.

So I tried the menu in the evening yesterday. Grilled salmon with a glass of white wine .. No complaints about the quality or quantity. Yet I am French and a little inclined to the culinary critic.

Hum! Perhaps with a small piece of butter, a touch of chopped parsley and a lemon wedge that would have been perfect.

The boss was not there. at the end of the meal, the waitress gave me bill without looking at me. So I paid without leaving tip and I left without saying goodbye.

I'll come back only when you get this Boss, and I hope this time we will drink our glass of wine together.

For those interested, the Dollhouse has a small restaurant where dinner sometimes the dancers come in string and battle dress. Everything is pretty much inedible except a dish that is not far short of perfection.

Baboy white wine and bay leaf sauce. Served with fries at the express request of the great white-haired man, it's just fabulous.

And girls who come to taste some French fries. For me it's happiness in tube ...

(Sorry for language. I know it's not perfect)

Best food in Angeles in my opinion is Piccola Padre but expensive. Very decent food goes to Swiss Chalet, C Italian and Fortune. Ikabud for Filipino. Best buffets Clarkton and Holiday Inn. Best 24 hour big menu place goes to Margarita Station. Best Korean goes to Halle on Friendship or Sum Na Ra by the Maharaja hotel down Perimeter.

I know this is an old post but has anyone ever eaten at Rodizzio in the Holiday Inn hotel?

Rodizzio is hit and miss. On the hit nights, the beef is delicious and melts in your mouth. Sometimes the sirloin is better than the filet cut. The ribs are usually spectacular. On miss nights, you're better off trying to eat your sandal. If you want a selection of meats then head upstairs instead of the buffet downstairs. Also Rodizzio is more sit down, restaurant-like. Save the Mongolian BBQ part of the meal for last (if you even want it). The waiters will push it on your before they start bringing the meats, but skip it til you see what the meats look like.

When downstairs is Filipino food night or looks picked over by that super-fat guy who eats there like 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, then head on up to Rodizzio.

Smokehouse on Friendship, bit out of the way for most. A lot of drop in's by folks that live out that way and others with transport. American owners, they're always coming up with specials.
