I can vouch for Premiere Citi Suites, nice & clean and roomy including a desk. I also like the open-air breakfast on the very top floor. Girl-friendly like most hotels in Cebu.

It costs 995P - 1395P but you must reserve with the hotel via email and they require a deposit and only take Paypal I think. 1st time I reserve hotel outside of Agoda/Expedia/Booking and had no problem with dealing with Premiere directly.

It is about 10 min walk to Mango Square and City center and 15 - 20 walk to Viking Mango bars.

What is the breakfast like at Premiere Citi Suites? crappy pinoy sludge or worthwhile? I only really need the standard room but if the breakfast is great I will upgrade...

I assume they are girl friendly if they are on the board....
