Bernie, previously of Mirrors/Clarkton, more recently Camelot, passed away a few days ago from a suspected ruptured ulcer, NOT a heart attack as I assumed

u mad bro?

@  kantutero : (29 June 2016 - 01:21 PM)

Long been the case if the CC holder is not part of the traveling party with airlines innPI where CC fraud is rampant. A photo of card, front and back, has always sufficed.

@  Lost Tourist : (29 June 2016 - 10:21 AM)

.

@  hoyboy : (29 June 2016 - 09:56 AM)

and they don't always ask for it.. but if they do and you don't have the CC on hand, good luck getting on that plane

@  hoyboy : (29 June 2016 - 09:56 AM)

it's the airlines that ask for it, not seurity

@  grahamuk : (29 June 2016 - 09:46 AM)

(or with the airline, of course).

@  grahamuk : (29 June 2016 - 09:46 AM)

I believe this CC card thing is standard practice now. Check on immigration advice sites before buying tickets for your family or friends.

@  fangsfun : (29 June 2016 - 08:03 AM)

its very common nowdays for airlines to ask to the CC that was used to buy the ticket. Jetstar have pulled that one on me in both Singapore and manila. I believe that a excellent front and back copy may suffice.

@  doctor who : (29 June 2016 - 04:01 AM)

eventhough i could have stolen the money from the shop next door , or robbed a bank down the road , when i told the booking agent this they just Smiled,, god Bless them

@  doctor who : (29 June 2016 - 03:59 AM)

@Badboijunior, i had the same problem when i booked her a flight through Singapore ,its to do with Money Laundering ?? i had to pay for her flight in CASH from my own Country,,

@  badboijunior : (29 June 2016 - 02:45 AM)

she is flying Air Canada to HK..then Vancouver..thanks..I will call Air Canada

@  Biggles : (29 June 2016 - 02:42 AM)

bbj, a lot of airlines want to see the CC if the person flying did not make the booking. I think PAL is one of them. perhaps email her a copy of the card with an approval from you may fix the problem?

@  Psychman : (29 June 2016 - 02:37 AM)

And, Bandung, was a log of fun, although mostly through social networking sites and massage places

@  Psychman : (29 June 2016 - 02:36 AM)

brokstar...Very true about Jakarta- no AC anywhere nearby. I do want to try Bataam, however. Beach and pussy, but certainly not AC, but short flight from Jakarta or ferry from Singapore

@  badboijunior : (29 June 2016 - 02:36 AM)

im not giving my credit card number to some fucking airport guard

@  badboijunior : (29 June 2016 - 02:35 AM)

my wife and kids are flying from manilla to here...she claims they will ask for my credit card number since I bought the tickets with my card...I dont beleive that

http://premierecitisuites.webs.com

I can vouch for Premiere Citi Suites, nice & clean and roomy including a desk. I also like the open-air breakfast on the very top floor. Girl-friendly like most hotels in Cebu.

It costs 995P - 1395P but you must reserve with the hotel via email and they require a deposit and only take Paypal I think. 1st time I reserve hotel outside of Agoda/Expedia/Booking and had no problem with dealing with Premiere directly.

It is about 10 min walk to Mango Square and City center and 15 - 20 walk to Viking Mango bars.

Looks like we will be there at the same time.

They wanted me to pay through PayPal and I didn't get breakfast. But I did get the cheap charley rate.

I am heading back to Cebu in May if anyone wants to meet up, I need a wingman!

What is the breakfast like at Premiere Citi Suites? crappy pinoy sludge or worthwhile? I only really need the standard room but if the breakfast is great I will upgrade...

I assume they are girl friendly if they are on the board....
